We give every driveway time to cure correctly and can apply a sealer to protect the surface from stains and weathering.
Driveways, Answered
Concrete typically needs around seven days to cure enough for light foot traffic and closer to a month to reach full strength for regular vehicle use. A sealer can help protect the surface once it's cured, but the concrete still needs time to harden fully underneath.
Stencilled concrete uses a paper or plastic pattern laid over freshly poured concrete before colour hardener is applied, creating a textured, tiled look. Stamped concrete uses rigid moulds pressed directly into the wet concrete, which tends to give a deeper, more three-dimensional pattern.
Smaller cracks and surface damage can often be patched or resurfaced without a full replacement, depending on how deep the damage goes and what's causing it. Deeper structural cracks or significant subsidence usually mean the slab needs to come out and be repoured properly.
